frustration always cause of over stress, underestimation by employer,over work load,reduce work due to lack in efficiency etc.

every frustrated employee have a stress bearing level if during his frustration period employer will appreciate the work of frustrated employee with proper communication with frustrated employee then the employee feel great this will definitely increase the productivity of the employee and organization.

its matter upon the organization to organization and employee to employee. but some time stress help in increase the productivity and some time reduced the productivity.
