Retention of valueable employees.......

In the today's days retention of the valuable employees are mostly preferred than the recruitment of the employees.its easy to recruit the employees from the different free or paid sources but the retention of the employees are depends upon the many factors in the company those we should follow in our workplace like
fix days of the salary, promotion,appreciation whether it be monetary or non monetary,occasionally stress removing activities,some time fun at work place,understand employees needs,provide an environment of trust,providing training and development with personal growth opportunities.

smoking cigrates of employees are also reduce the productivity cause where the smoking zones are available employees passed his minimum 10 minute for per cigrate being  chitchat with other employees.if a employee can take 10 cigrate in a day then it will cost a employer if 100 employees are working then 100*100*28  min means great loss in the productivity of the company ......
