Hi Shilpa, Digital signature gives your offer letter the required weightage, makes it more authentic, and ensures that the reader gets the feeling of genuinity. Few companies do use the digital signature, however I dont think there are any…

Hi All,I work for an IT product services organisation. We are looking at using Digital signatures for our offer letters.Need your thoughts on the same in terms of1. Is your company using digital signatures?2. Are you aware fo other companies using thesame.3. Is it acceptable in the market by prospective candidates.4.
