Profile Information

About Me:: An instructional designer with almost 11 years of experience in the field of teaching, learning and development and performance management, I started out as a teacher of English. Later, I moved on to become a facilitator of virtual EFL lessons for adult Japanese learners. Spurred by my interest in adult learning, I moved to “e-learning” proper, i.e., designing customized courses for corporate organizations in my role as a Senior Specialist in Tata Interactive Systems. This led to my role of Senior Consultant at Zensar where I helped corporates identify their best training "mix", enabled them to roll out and manage the change. Currently, in my role as Learning and Development Consultant at ThoughtWorks, I hope to bring in the best of formal, informal and collaborative learning in enhancing workplace performance and self growth.
