hey adrian, thanks for your prompt reply, and i like the way u described, straight on line, the thing is its been my dream to become a good hr since my postgradutaion and when i choosed HR as my domain. but only problem here is i joined in this organization as an fresher and they handled complete responsibility of HRD to me. Thats why wen i look back 2.5 years i find nothing becos i never been supervised some one who is well versed in the same domain, hope u understand my problem, but im trying to figured it out, anyways adrian thanks brother, love to hear from u soon. have a nice day and take care.
