Interview , when we hear a word interview nervousness strikes in our mind due to lack of questions , lack of judgment power, inadequate decision, Urgent requirement in the organization ,burden of boss and many more facts come in existence but in the mean time we are not able to make the proper decision what to do?? while the time of interview we are not sure about a candidate in this situation we put a candidate on hold then we search for new one as well as its help in increasing the choices but also reducing the interest of taking interviews and ignorance of the hidden qualities of the candidates.

So at the time of interview conducting always choose a right candidate at right time at right place for the betterment of candidates and organization..

Might not be much of a problem if the process is complemented with other selection techniques. You see, the source of the problem's that we, HR practitioners tend to cut corners when it comes to recruitment and selection. The sad reality however is that it is easier and less expensive to make a wrong selection decision that to reverse it. We need to value the entire selection process as much as we would value the right selection decision. No efforts should be spared in the process of making hiring decisions.
